Delivery, Collection & Returns

We take great care to minimise our carbon footprint and use packaging materials made from recycled, recyclable or reusable materials.  This includes gift and postal packaging and even some of our labels are made from recycled paper. Our packaging is #plasticfree and with a little care the packaging can be reused!

Delivery & Collection

​We currently deliver to UK mainland only – if you would like to make a purchase and need delivery to anywhere other than UK mainland, do get in touch for a quotation on postage.

We offer two types of products for sale, “standard” and a few classed as “bulk” (where the products are significantly heavier)

Standard Items: Postage cost for orders under £50 are charged at a flat rate of £3

Bulk Items: If you add any heavy bulk items to your basket, then postage costs are £5​

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50, after any discounts have been applied. Please note this option will appear automatically at checkout when an order is over £50.

Alternatively if you can collect from us we offer FREE COLLECTION from the following locations:

  • Bathgate EH48 2TJ – we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for collection.
  • Livingston – Tree Frog Coffee Shop EH54 6AA (Opp. St.John’s Hospital) – collect on Tuesday from 7am to 5:30pm
  • Edinburgh Park– please note deliveries will be during Monday to Thursday at lunchtime. As these are ad-hoc and depending on customer needs, feel free to get in touch for an idea of dates or timings.

We aim to get your order ready for despatch or collection (from Emms Choice) within 2 business days. If there are any delays (i.e, an item is out of stock) you will be notified by email.

Simply select relevant shipping option at checkout.

For collections, once order is complete further email will confirm collection timings.


This returns policy refers to Emms Choice Limited products purchased from this website or directly from us. It does not apply to goods purchased at fairs and other events.  

If you have any issues with your order or receive damaged product(s):

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection by emailing us full details (including a picture) at

The simply return the damaged goods along with your order or invoice number and we will exchange it or offer you a refund. Please note, some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Some of these items are listed below (this is not an exhaustive list):

  • straws
  • reusable facial cleansing pads or wipes
  • bamboo cutlery
  • wash pads or scrubs
  • toothbrushes
  • any items that have been opened

We will not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is damaged.  Refunds will be done based on the payment method you selected for original order,
