COVID-19 – what YOU can do and why you should NOT panic

Panic, Stress, Worry and Fear all have their place but recognising when we are going through these and flipping them over into a new normality is what will give you peace, calm, energy and support to get you through.

Our duty of care for our children and elders is paramount at this stage of the coronavirus pandemic. The well being of our family, neighbours and community around us is also key. Without the right sort of focus, mental and physical health this will prove difficult so let’s build the foundations we need to get through this.

When difficult times come along, getting THROUGH is a huge ask so this is why we need to help each other and ride the waves together – share our positive thoughts with others and spread them like WILDFIRE!

Schools are closed and the status and urgency is changing day by day. Although it’s important to stay up to date, we need to keep OVERWHELM at bay.

It can prove challenging to run a business, home and look after your dependents – be it children or our elderly parents!

Life is not easy just now which is why it’s more important than ever to keep a positive mind and maintain your own mental health so we can be of benefit to many others. If you know of a small business that has started adapting to changing needs then that really is AMAZING and no doubt has come after the stress of recent times – a clear example of how people get through hard times by flipping the fear into an action plan.

I want to help other small businesses maintain their presence so if you know someone making drastic changes to how they operate then get in touch and tell me about them. I would love to do blogs on them and share how they are getting through this pandemic.

Our friend Gordana from Rise To Health Coaching has created a FaceBook group which is a safe space for anyone interested in increasing their defenses to this or any other virus. Gordana is a health and life coach & a nutritional therapist and wants to share how to boost immunity and self care that is vital for managing stress, anxiety in this current pandemic.

Why is she doing this? Because she believes she had coronavirus last month, was very ill and after a long recovery period she now wants to help others!

Remember STRESS, WORRY, ANXIETY and FEAR can itself make us ill because our immunity can be compromised when we feel like this.
